Perfect spot with a view!
Had a fab time! The place was super cute and really clean. I even got an iron delivered in 5 mins—impressive! Staff were super friendly. Got a lovely view of the cathedral, which made my solo trip feel special. Only wish there was more snack options available late at night.

Perfect spot for history buffs
We stayed one night in a twin room with disability access. The location is super convenient, right next to the Richard III exhibition and close to the cool old town. Navigation was tricky since the entrance is via a narrow alley. Plus, the breakfast was nice, but the menu could use more options!

Would recommend for a passing visit
Clean room, modern bathroom, with great water pressure that enhanced my shower experience, while the internet was adequate for my needs and I appreciated the convenience of free parking right in the city center.
Nothing could be improved.

It was just a good match for a brief stop-in in Leicester with fantastic value for money. The wardrobe was fine for hanging garments and storing shoes, which was helpful during our short stay. A soft-closing spring on the doors would be nice to avoid noise at night.

Exceptional location and beautiful decor
I had a fantastic stay in a beautifully decorated Deluxe Double Room. The spacious layout and elegant Victorian features truly enhanced the experience, and I loved that it was within walking distance to local attractions. Parking was convenient and seamless, making exploring the city even easier. Only downside was the check-in process at a separate location, which could use better signage.

The room was really nice—clean, spacious, and stylishly decorated. I loved the large comfy bed and the shower was awesome, with lovely toiletries. Plus, having a mini fridge and coffee machine was super handy. They even had a nice touch with biscuits and quality teas waiting for us. Only downside was the check-in process was a bit confusing with different locations. But overall, it felt cozy and well thought out.
